Yates Cellars operates from Keuka Park, the residential hamlet at the convergence of the lake’s two arms — the same stretch of waterfront where Jemima Wilkinson’s Jerusalem community farmed in the 1790s. The tasting room occupies an 1820s farmhouse. The wine range runs well beyond the typical Finger Lakes portfolio: two Albarinos, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and several varieties rarely grown east of the Mississippi. The owner-winemaker pours the tastings himself most days. Small production; call ahead to confirm hours.
