Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery was one of the five founding members of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail when it opened under the name Plane's Cayuga Vineyards in 1980, making it one of the oldest vineyard operations on Cayuga Lake. The current tasting room operates in a rustic barn under gothic church lights. Sustainable practices from the vineyard through the bottle are the operating standard. Artisan cheese, picnic provisions, and wood-fired pizza from The Copper Oen are available on selected weekends. The gift shop carries urban home décor alongside the wine. Open daily.
