The Barrow Gallery is housed inside the Skaneateles Library building at 49 East Genesee Street, entered through the State Street side. The collection includes more than 200 original oils by John D. Barrow, a Skaneateles-born painter working in the Hudson River School tradition. Volunteer docents, among them long-time guide Richard, offer informal tours. The gallery runs on donations and is wheelchair accessible with an on-call ramp. Free admission. Hours vary seasonally; call ahead.
