Brad White has been boiling sap since he was eight years old, starting with an A-frame sugarhouse built from a repurposed swing set. Today Sweet Time Maple runs approximately 20,000 taps across Genesee, Wyoming, and Livingston counties, producing pure maple syrup and raw unfiltered honey. During March Maple Weekends the sugarhouse opens for tours, free samples, and an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast.
