Stewart Park sits at the southern end of Cayuga Lake at the inlet where the lake narrows into the waterway that runs south through Ithaca. The park has a 1920s-era restored carousel, a lakefront pavilion, a restored boathouse, and direct access to the water by kayak and canoe. The Ithaca Farmers Market operates at adjacent Steamboat Landing on Saturdays and Sundays from April through December, making the Stewart Park waterfront one of the more active sections of Ithaca's lakeshore during the market season. Free to enter; open year-round.
