The Saunders Finger Lakes Museum sits in Branchport at the tip of the northwest arm, focused specifically on the natural and Indigenous history of the Finger Lakes — geology, ecology, and Seneca Nation presence predating European contact. The museum campus includes a kayak launch on Sugar Creek, a children’s story garden, and educational displays on lakeshore ecology. A new permanent building is under construction. Located near Keuka Lake State Park and Hunt Country Vineyards. Volunteer-run; free admission.
