Morten and Lisa Hallgren founded Ravines in 2000 after Morten trained at Europe’s top winemaking school and worked alongside his father at Domaine Cazes in Roussillon. The Keuka estate at Route 54 produces the bone-dry Riesling that earned a spot on the Wine Spectator Top 100 and put Finger Lakes terroir in front of a national audience. The tasting room at 14630 Route 54 reopened as Agricolae Estate Winery under the same ownership; both labels pour from this location. Open Friday through Sunday.
