Owasco Paddles operates a boat-rental concession inside Emerson Park at the north end of Owasco Lake. Kayaks (single and double), canoes, and stand-up paddleboards available by the hour. Dogs permitted on most rentals. Life jackets provided with zipped pockets for cell phone and keys. Owner Nikki or staff run quick paddleboarding lessons for first-timers. Seasonal operation; closed on high-wind days. Short walk from the Emerson Park parking lot.
