Monica's Pies occupies a retail shop on Route 21 between Bristol Mountain and Naples village, open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. year-round. The shop produces 25 varieties of pie in addition to its signature Concord grape pie, including seasonal fruit preparations sourced from area farms and savory options such as chicken pot pie and a three-cheese spinach quiche. Grape pie from Monica's carries a flavor profile shaped by the density of Naples valley Concord grapes: intensely aromatic, with a filling that approaches jam in texture after baking. The shop gained national recognition through a New York Times feature in November 2004 and subsequent coverage in Better Homes and Gardens and Country Discoveries. Jams, jellies, and local fruit conserves are also stocked. Monica's is the first or last stop on the Naples end of the Canandaigua Lake circuit for visitors who want grape pie outside the September festival window.
