Dublin Corners Farm Brewery sits on a fifth-generation family farm in Linwood, operating under New York State's farm brewery license, which requires at least 60 percent of ingredients be sourced in-state. Owner Justin Grant grows his own Cascade hops and sources malt from a maltster a few miles down the road. The taproom is a converted barn, with a constantly rotating list of eight to ten beers plus a cider on tap. Live music runs weekends in season. Tastings are Thursday through Sunday. The atmosphere is working farm more than polished brewpub, in the best way. Cash and card accepted. Don't miss: a flight featuring Better Red than Dead Amber Ale and Caledonia Cream Ale, and live music on a Friday evening.
