The farm brewery that built a concert barn on a hillside above Keuka Lake.
Abandon Brewing has been pouring since 2008, earning a loyal following for a tap list that refuses to stay still — 20 handles on any given day, covering cream ales on nitro, pineapple seltzers, tangerine sours, Berliner Weisses, and a rotating imperial stout that regulars plan trips around. The kitchen takes the same approach: smash burgers, crispy cheese curds, pulled pork sandwiches, and scratch salads, all built from ingredients sourced from the farms surrounding the property.
The barn-style event space can seat hundreds, and the hillside patio above the east fork of Keuka Lake has the kind of view that makes people stay longer than they planned. Live music most weekends from spring through fall, plus a Sunday brunch that pours Bloody Marys and breakfast food before the afternoon taps kick in.
Don’t miss: The Piña Colada and Tangerine seltzers mixed together — the staff won’t judge you, and regulars swear by it. New York State Farm Brewery. Geothermal-powered facility.
